Miller & Carter Raises the Steaks in Chertsey

The ‘Steak Geeks’ have arrived with the official opening of the first Miller & Carter steakhouse in Chertsey.

Located on the Guildford Road in Ottershaw, the new steak house launched on Sunday 6th December with a VIP event with 280 locals in attendance to formerly open the restaurant.

Miller & Carter serve the finest 30 day aged steak, using both wet and dry ageing techniques to provide the optimum succulence and flavour. There are 12 fantastic steak cuts to choose from, including a 30oz Long Bone Tomahawk, Fillet-on-the-bone, and our award-winning Sirloin steak. Each steak is individually hand cut by our butchers before being grilled to perfection by our specially trained chefs.

With 12 cuts of Red Tractor Farm Assured meat to choose from, including Ribeye, Fillet and Chateaubriand, each steak is individually hand cut by master butchers before they are grilled to perfection by specially trained chefs.

 

Miller & Carter’s premium sirloin beef was awarded England’s Best Sirloin Steak 2015 in the Foodservice Category at the Quality Standard Mark Excellence awards hosted by EBLEX earlier this year.
